We will post a custom website of your home at a web address unique to your property, and we’ll load it with custom tours and unlimited photos of your home. Professional photos will be taken of your home, inside and out, for online and print marketing.

We will prepare and place professional and enhanced listings on FMLS.com and Realtor.com. We will also place targeted listings on the most popular home search sites: Trulia.com, Zillow.com and Google.com.

Custom e-flyers targeted to real estate agents in your area will spread the word about your home to interested buyers.

Beyond the Internet, we will provide both color and black and white marketing pieces for mailing and distribution, created by our in-house design and marketing professional.

We’ll place full color signage and directionals to your home (as allowed) and provide monitored access to your home via lockbox (where applicable).
